Role & Responsibilities
- Assist upper management in driving sales results through strategic and multifaceted approaches
- Execute key opening and closing duties and operational tasks
- Foster and develop customer relationships by building personal knowledge of current trends and coaching styling techniques to team members
- Empower the retail team to deliver the highest level of customer service standards whilst exercising leadership and multi-tasking capabilities
- Demonstrate flexibility and drive for individual growth in a fast-paced store environment
- Maintain store scheduling and availability expectations, including weekends, holidays, and high-traffic retail periods
Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant retail experience
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking in English
- Authorization to work for any employer in the United States
- Ability to meet flexible scheduling and availability expectations
- Physical capability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to reach overhead, bend, kneel, and stoop
- Ability to handle merchandise and operate point-of-sale equipment
- Ability to visually assess merchandise and customer needs
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members in written and verbal formats
- Ability to work in busy environments with bright lights, music, and during peak traffic hours
Skills
Experience
2+ years of relevant retail experience, preferably in a supervisory or team leadership capacity within a luxury or contemporary retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail management or business education is advantageous.
