Michael Kors (Capri Holdings) seeks a Part-Time Sales Supervisor in Alpine, CA to lead sales, client relations and store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive personal and store sales to achieve assigned targets through elevated levels of service and effective selling techniques.
- Coach, supervise and develop sales associates to maximize individual and team performance and maintain consistent service standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships and support associates in growing their client books and repeat business.
- Ensure post‑sale follow-through (shipping, alterations, special requests) to guarantee client satisfaction.
- Support store operations including cash controls, register management, risk and physical security procedures.
- Assist with receiving, shipping, stock management and participate in inventories to protect stock integrity.
- Implement and maintain visual and merchandising directives to ensure the selling floor reflects brand presentation standards.
- Resolve client complaints and service issues promptly and professionally to maintain brand reputation.
- Enforce grooming, image and attendance standards and participate in store training initiatives.
- When required, perform Offsite driving responsibilities for product transport in accordance with company protocol.
Qualifications
- Minimum two years of specialty retail experience.
- Demonstrated experience in a sales or supervisory role within a luxury or premium retail environment preferred.
- Strong clienteling, interpersonal and coaching abilities.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required for roles that include Offsite driving responsibilities.

Experience
Minimum of two years' experience in specialty retail. Prior supervisory or lead experience in a boutique or store setting is preferred and advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in retail, fashion or business is advantageous.
