Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve personal and store sales goals through elevated selling and service.
- Coach and develop sales associates to optimise individual and team performance; model advanced selling techniques.
- Deliver exceptional clienteling: build and maintain repeat clientele, manage client books and follow through on post-sale details (shipping, alterations, special requests).
- Resolve client issues and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Support store operations including cash controls, risk management, loss prevention and inventory accuracy.
- Perform and oversee register functions; train staff on appropriate register usage and maintenance.
- Manage stock processes: receiving, shipping, documentation and participation in inventories.
- Maintain selling floor standards and implement visual merchandising directives to reflect brand image.
- Identify product concerns and communicate inventory needs to support sales objectives.
- Uphold professional image and grooming standards; adhere to scheduled hours and attendance policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years specialty retail experience.
- Demonstrated supervisory or team-lead experience in a retail environment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering high-level customer service.
- Strong coaching, communication and conflict-resolution skills.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record when role requires offsite product transport (applicable only for designated drivers).

Experience
Minimum two years of specialty retail experience with demonstrated supervisory or leadership responsibility and a consistent record of meeting sales targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary coursework or credential in business, retail management or fashion preferred.
