Michael Kors seeks a collaborative and results-driven Sales Keyholder to lead a store team within a dynamic retail environment. Reporting to store management, the Keyholder will inspire and coach team members whilst delivering inclusive, high-quality customer experiences both in-store and through virtual shopping. The role encompasses people leadership, sales optimization through clientelling tools, and operational excellence including loss prevention and company communications.
Role & Responsibilities
- Inspire, coach, and support the store team whilst partnering with host store leadership to build a culture of accountability and performance
- Assist management with onboarding and developing team members, ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment
- Guide the team to prioritize inclusive, high-quality customer experiences that build loyalty and repeat business in-store and through virtual shopping
- Ensure MK Ambassadors maintain client communication using all available clientelling apps and tools
- Proactively manage client database to increase sales and repeat business
- Set and communicate clear sales goals and KPIs, ensuring all team members understand their contribution to success
- Promote a proactive approach to loss prevention and collaborate with store leadership to address concerns early
- Use company communication platforms effectively and follow through on relevant updates and actions
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail, ideally within a fast-paced and customer-focused environment
- Ability to lead and collaborate with empathy, clarity, and respect for diverse working styles
- Comfort with technology and willingness to use digital tools to enhance customer experience
- Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic retail setting
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with retail KPIs and Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
