Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary customer service and product consultation to drive sales of Michael Kors collections in a refined boutique environment.
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets while implementing commercial strategies and promotions.
- Develop and maintain a loyal client base through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Support execution of visual merchandising directives to ensure an attractive, brand-compliant sales floor.
- Perform cashier duties and accurate cash handling according to company procedures.
- Adhere to company policies, operational guidelines and loss-prevention procedures.
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training in retail (or comparable qualification).
- Minimum two years of retail experience.
- Confident, dynamic and motivating personality with a passion for the brand and luxury products.
- Proactive approach, strong sense of urgency and willingness to take initiative.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Fluent German and good command of English.

Experience
At least two years of hands-on retail experience, ideally with exposure to fashion or premium/luxury brands and a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
Education
Completed vocational training in retail sales or an equivalent commercial qualification.
