Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a Michael Kors brand ambassador to deliver exceptional, personalised customer experiences that drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Proactively engage in clientelling activities and maintain ongoing client communication using available clientelling apps and tools.
- Maintain sales floor standards and stock presence, supporting merchandising and replenishment to optimise conversion.
- Leverage product knowledge packs to become a selling expert and confidently advise customers on product features, fit and styling.
- Collaborate with store management and colleagues to understand business results, identify sales opportunities and contribute to store performance targets.
Qualifications
- Enthusiasm for fashion with a professional, customer‑centric approach and strong personal presentation.
- Relevant retail sales experience in a fast‑paced environment; previous experience with premium or luxury brands desirable.
