Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, personalised customer experience to drive individual and store sales performance.
- Manage operational tasks with excellence, including merchandising, stock management and point-of-sale transactions.
- Meet productivity and sales targets through effective multitasking and prioritisation during peak and promotional periods.
- Cultivate lasting client relationships by developing product knowledge, trend awareness and styling techniques.
- Collaborate with store management to create initiatives that maximise personal sales results and store conversion.
- Drive omnichannel revenue by leveraging available tools and technology to convert and fulfil customer demand.
- Maintain availability for a flexible retail schedule, including weekends, holidays and high-traffic shopping events.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant retail sales experience.
- Proficiency in reading, speaking and writing in English.
- Authorization to work for any employer in the United States (no visa sponsorship available).
- Ability to meet store scheduling requirements, including weekends, holidays and peak shopping days.
- Capability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift/carry up to 30 pounds.

Experience
At least 2+ years of retail-sales experience, ideally within fashion, accessories or a luxury apparel environment.
Education
