Michael Kors seeks a Sales Associate for its Shop in Shop at La Rinascente Milano. This part-time role requires a passionate, fashion-forward professional to represent the brand as a Jet Set Ambassador, delivering elevated customer experiences whilst managing visual merchandising standards, collaborating with retail partners, and driving sales within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead by example as a Jet Set Ambassador, ensuring exceptional customer experiences to drive loyalty and repeat business
  • Meet and exceed sales goals while holding self accountable for results
  • Proactively manage client database to increase sales and leverage product knowledge to advise customers and retail partner sales associates with passion and confidence
  • Support colleagues within Shop in Shop and host store, collaborating with management on sales strategies, product knowledge, and brand standards
  • Maintain floor presence and build communication with retail partners to drive store performance
  • Ensure shop and stockroom maintenance, presentation, and organization are addressed in a timely manner
  • Execute visual merchandising standards according to brand guidelines and collaborate with retail partners on visual graphics currency
  • Ensure deliveries are properly processed and displayed on the selling floor in a timely manner
  • Practise and role model company behaviours, ensuring effective use of the behaviour toolkit

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 26,000 to EUR 35,000 per annum.
