Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service to achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
- Execute sales tasks to the highest standard, including client engagement, product presentation and closing.
- Inspire customers by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of fashion trends, styling techniques and product assortments.
- Work collaboratively with store management to identify and implement opportunities to maximise personal and store sales performance.
- Utilise all available retail tools and technologies (POS, clienteling tools, CRM) to drive conversion and repeat business.
- Demonstrate flexibility and a commitment to continuous personal and professional development in a fast-paced outlet environment.
Qualifications
- Relevant retail sales experience, preferably within fashion or luxury brands.
- Excellent organisational and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Resilience under pressure and a positive attitude toward working in a fast-moving, demanding environment.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities efficiently during peak trading periods.
- Fluent English (required); proficiency in German (local language) is strongly desired.
- Desirable: energetic, brand-ambassador mindset with enthusiasm for styling; commercial and technically curious with an entrepreneurial approach.

Previous, relevant sales experience in a retail environment is required; experience with luxury or premium fashion brands is preferred.
Education
