Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and team sales goals through effective consultative selling and elevated service standards
- Develop and maintain a robust client base using clienteling systems and relationship-building techniques
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and communicate merchandise features, benefits, and styling guidance
- Monitor post-sale details including shipping, alterations, and special requests to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide responsive problem resolution and complaint management to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty
- Maintain an organized, visually appealing selling floor with properly stocked and merchandised inventory
- Execute inventory management protocols including receiving, stock rotation, and cycle counts on the selling floor and in the stockroom
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and execute all relevant register functions
- Maintain consistent attendance and adherence to work schedules, including mandatory weekend availability
- Participate in training programs, development seminars, and team meetings as directed by store management
- Stay current with fashion industry trends and market developments to inform styling recommendations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience
