Role & Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets through consultative selling and merchandise expertise
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build repeat clientele utilizing client management systems
- Resolve client problems and complaints promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain the selling floor and stockroom in organized, fully stocked condition
- Execute inventory management tasks including stock maintenance, receiving, shipping, and participation in physical inventories
