- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 30 pounds and perform routine physical tasks required in retail.

Experience
At least two years of hands-on retail experience in fashion or related consumer-facing environments, demonstrating consistent sales performance and client relationship management.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail- or fashion-related coursework preferred.
