Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and proactive client engagement.
- Deliver elevated levels of sales and service, demonstrating in‑depth product knowledge across the collection.
- Cultivate and maintain repeat clientele using clienteling tools and a personal client book; follow up on special requests.
- Execute post‑sale processes including shipping, alterations coordination and any customer special requests to ensure satisfaction.
- Operate Point‑of‑Sale systems and perform all register functions accurately while complying with cash-handling and POS procedures.
- Maintain a neat, organized and fully stocked selling floor; assist with stockroom organization and inventory counts.
- Support receiving, shipping and related paperwork; participate in inventories and adhere to company operational policies.
- Resolve client issues and complaints promptly and professionally; escalate to management when necessary.
- Adhere to assigned work schedule, time and attendance policies, and participate in training and development programs.
Qualifications
- Eligible to work in the United States.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Demonstrable customer service and interpersonal skills with a polished, client-focused manner.
- Ability to operate POS/register systems and handle cash accurately.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays typical of retail schedules.
Skills
Experience
Previous retail sales experience preferred; 1+ years in luxury or fashion retail and/or demonstrable clienteling experience is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
