Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, client-focused customer experience and build lasting client relationships.
- Drive sales targets through proactive selling, styling and personalized client engagement.
- Execute daily store operational tasks with accuracy, including cash handling and point-of-sale transactions.
- Support omnichannel sales by leveraging all available tools and technology to fulfill client needs.
- Collaborate with management to develop initiatives and merchandising strategies that maximise personal and store sales.
- Maintain visual presentation and merchandise standards; assist with stock handling and inventory activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience, preferably in fashion or premium retail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse clientele.
- Proficiency in reading, speaking and writing English.
- Authorization to work for any employer in the United States; sponsorship not available.
- Flexible availability to meet store scheduling requirements, including weekends, holidays and peak shopping days.
- Ability to meet physical demands of the role (stand/walk up to 8 hours, lift up to 30 pounds).

Experience
At least 2 years of hands-on retail experience, demonstrating consistent achievement of sales objectives and strong client service; luxury or premium fashion experience preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; retail or customer-service training and fashion-related certifications preferred.
