Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary customer service and represent the Michael Kors brand as a Sales Ambassador to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Manage client communication and relationship-building using all available clientelling apps and tools.
- Maintain high standards of floor presentation and stockroom organisation; support inventory and replenishment activities.
- Collaborate with store management to monitor sales performance, identify opportunities and execute initiatives to meet targets.
- Leverage Product Knowledge packs to become a selling expert and confidently advise customers on product features and styling.
Qualifications
- Relevant retail sales experience and enthusiasm for fashion and luxury retail.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and inspire colleagues to achieve team results.
- Technological proficiency and comfort using clienteling apps and digital sales tools.
- Strong verbal communication skills; local language (Lithuanian) preferred.
