Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, on-brand customer experiences to build loyalty and drive repeat business.
  • Proactively engage clients on the sales floor and via clientelling apps and tools to develop and maintain relationships.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets by identifying opportunities and executing selling strategies informed by Product Knowledge packs.
  • Maintain visual merchandising and floor/stock presentation standards to ensure an elevated retail environment.
  • Collaborate closely with store management and the team to share insights, escalate opportunities and support store performance objectives.
  • Use retail systems and technology to manage transactions, client records and post-sale follow-up.

Qualifications

  • Relevant retail sales experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally; local language (Lithuanian) preferred.
  • Demonstrated teamwork and the ability to motivate and collaborate with peers to achieve results.
  • Comfortable using digital tools to support sales and client management.
  • Flexible availability to work part-time hours, including peak retail periods and weekends.
