Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a Michael Kors Ambassador, consistently delivering exceptional customer experiences to build loyalty and repeat business.

- Maintain sales floor standards and stock presence, ensuring visual and inventory readiness.
- Collaborate with store management to monitor business results, identify sales opportunities and drive store performance.
- Develop product expertise through provided product knowledge packs and apply selling techniques with confidence.
- Contribute to an inclusive, welcoming store environment through professional conduct and effective teamwork.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable enthusiasm for fashion and retail; relevant sales experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
