Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, brand-consistent customer service to drive loyalty and repeat business as a Michael Kors Ambassador.
- Maintain active client relationships using all available clientelling apps and tools to maximise sales opportunities.
- Maintain professional floor presence and manage stock on the sales floor.
- Communicate effectively with store management to align on targets and drive store performance.
- Leverage Product Knowledge packs to develop selling expertise and confidently advise customers on product features and styling.
- Monitor business results and identify opportunities to improve sales and customer experience.
Qualifications
- Relevant retail sales experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiasm for fashion and alignment with brand values, professionalism and integrity.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; local language proficiency preferred.
- Demonstrable ability to collaborate with and motivate colleagues to achieve collective results.
- Comfortable using technology to support sales and client engagement.
- Availability to work Saturdays (role advertised as an 8-hour Saturday shift).
Skills
Experience
Proven experience in retail sales within a fast-moving, customer-facing environment; prior experience with luxury or premium fashion brands is advantageous. Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and delivering high-quality client experiences.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational training in retail or fashion is a plus.
