Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated customer experience and achieve individual sales targets through proactive client engagement and styling.
- Operate daily store functions with excellence, including merchandise replenishment, visual standards, cash handling and store opening/closing tasks.
- Develop and maintain up-to-date product and trend knowledge to inspire customers and inform personalised recommendations.
- Collaborate with store management to implement sales initiatives and identify opportunities to maximise personal and store results.
- Utilise available retail tools and technology to track leads, manage clienteling and close sales; adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced store environment.
Qualifications
- Relevant retail or sales experience, preferably within fashion or luxury retail.
- Strong organisational and communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive under pressure, manage multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain professional composure.
- Fluent English (verbal and written).

Experience
Previous experience in a retail sales role is required; experience in fashion or luxury retail and participation in new store openings is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion, or customer service is a plus.
