Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, client-focused sales experience that drives individual and store revenue targets.
- Develop and maintain lasting customer relationships through personalized styling, product knowledge and follow-up.
- Execute daily operational tasks with accuracy, including merchandising, stock handling and point-of-sale transactions.
- Support omnichannel performance by using available retail technology and tools to convert sales and fulfil client needs.
- Collaborate with store leadership to create visual displays, promotional initiatives and individualized selling strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of relevant retail experience, preferably within fashion or luxury retail.
- Authorization to work for any employer in the United States (no visa sponsorship available).
- Proficiency in reading, speaking and writing in English.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays and peak retail periods (e.g., post‑Thanksgiving, major holidays).
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours), lift up to 30 pounds, and perform routine merchandising/stock tasks.

Experience
Minimum two years of hands-on retail experience, with demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional client service; experience in fashion or luxury retail is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or coursework in fashion, merchandising or retail management is a plus.
