Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver elevated levels of sales and customer service to maximize store performance and meet individual and team sales targets.
- Adhere to all sales policies, procedures and loss-prevention protocols while maintaining a professional brand presentation.
- Provide personalised client service and product advice that reflects Michael Kors’ brand standards.
- Maintain merchandising standards and assist with inventory control in the stockroom and on the selling floor.
- Support daily store operations including replenishment, visual standards and collaborative teamwork to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of relevant retail or sales experience.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first attitude.
