Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through elevated levels of customer service and product knowledge.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience: build and maintain repeat clientele using the client book and follow up on special requests.
- Manage post-sale details including shipping, alterations (if applicable) and other client requests to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain selling floor presentation: keep merchandise neat, organized, stocked and participate in visual merchandising standards.
- Support stockroom operations: receive, process and maintain inventory, participate in inventories and follow shipping/receiving protocols and paperwork.
- Operate Point-of-Sale systems and execute all relevant register functions in compliance with policies and procedures.
- Attend and participate in training, development seminars and store meetings as directed by store management.
- Adhere to scheduled shifts, time-and-attendance policies and other store operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience.
- Demonstrable ability to meet sales goals and deliver high levels of client service.
- Strong product knowledge and a keen interest in fashion and market trends.
- Reliability with respect to scheduling, punctuality and adherence to store policies.
- Comfortable executing operational tasks including inventory handling, shipping/receiving paperwork and POS transactions.

Experience
At least 2 years of retail experience; prior experience in fashion, luxury or boutique retail environments is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; additional retail or customer-service training is advantageous.
