Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through elevated, consultative client service.
- Deliver in-depth product knowledge across apparel, handbags and accessories to advise clients and close sales.
- Build and maintain a repeat clientele using the client book and proactive clienteling techniques.
- Manage post-sale operations including shipping, alterations coordination and special client requests to ensure full satisfaction.
- Operate the Point-of-Sale system accurately; execute register functions and comply with POS policies and procedures.
- Maintain visual standards: keep the selling floor neat, fully stocked and merchandised to brand guidelines.
- Support stockroom operations, including receiving, labeling, inventory counts and participation in store inventories.
- Resolve client issues and complaints promptly, escalating to management when necessary.
- Adhere to assigned work schedule, time-and-attendance policies, and participate in training and store meetings.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and holidays.
- Professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills suited to a luxury retail environment.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality; ability to work on a part-time schedule.

Entry-level role; prior retail or luxury sales experience is preferred. Experience with clienteling, achieving sales targets and working with POS systems is advantageous.
