Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales results through delivering an elevated customer experience and demonstrating in-depth product knowledge
- Perform operational tasks with excellence and multitask effectively to manage store priorities
- Achieve personal productivity and sales goals while maintaining flexibility in a fast-paced retail environment
- Foster customer relationships by continually developing knowledge of current trends and styling techniques
- Brainstorm with management to create innovative strategies to maximize personal sales results
- Drive omnichannel sales by utilizing all available retail technology and point-of-sale systems
- Handle merchandise, operate point-of-sale equipment, and process transactions accurately
Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant retail sales experience
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage and build rapport with diverse clientele
- Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing in English
- Authorization to work for any employer in Canada
- Ability to meet flexible scheduling requirements, including weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods
- Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift)
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
