Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver elevated levels of sales and service to maximize sales performance and achieve sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service while building long-term client relationships
- Comply with all sales-related policies, procedures, and merchandising standards
- Maintain inventory in the stockroom and on the selling floor, ensuring optimal presentation
- Execute point-of-sale transactions and process customer payments accurately
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of proven sales or retail experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to work in a team environment
- Passion for fashion and luxury retail
