Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver elevated levels of sales and personalized customer service to achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Develop strong client relationships through proactive outreach, clienteling and in-store engagement.
- Adhere to all sales-related policies, visual standards and operational procedures.
- Assist with inventory management, receiving and replenishment of stockroom and selling floor merchandise.
- Maintain boutique presentation standards and contribute to merchandising and loss-prevention practices.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of relevant retail sales experience.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for fashion and the ability to perform in a creative, fast-paced retail environment.
Skills
Experience
1–3 years of retail sales experience; experience in luxury or fashion retail is preferred.
