Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, luxury customer experience that drives sales and builds long-term client relationships.
- Execute daily operational tasks with accuracy and attention to brand standards (cash handling, merchandising, store upkeep).
- Achieve personal and store productivity targets by multitasking, prioritizing responsibilities and managing time effectively.
- Support omnichannel business by leveraging in-store tools and technology to drive online and cross-channel sales.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and current styling trends to advise clients and provide styling services.
- Collaborate with store management to develop initiatives that maximise personal and store sales performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail sales experience.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Self-starter with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and strong work ethic.
- Energetic, personable and polished; acts as a genuine brand ambassador.
- Comfortable using retail technology and digital tools to support omnichannel selling.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably within luxury or premium fashion retail, with a track record of meeting targets and delivering superior customer service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary study in fashion, retail, visual merchandising or a related field is a plus.
