Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, personalised customer experience that drives sales and client loyalty.
- Execute daily store operations with precision, including cash handling, merchandising and inventory tasks.
- Meet and exceed individual productivity and sales targets through effective prioritisation and multitasking.
- Develop and maintain lasting client relationships through product knowledge, styling expertise and proactive follow-up.
- Partner with store leadership to ideate and implement local initiatives that maximise personal and store sales.
- Leverage omnichannel tools and technology to convert demand and support online-to-offline customer journeys.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail sales experience, preferably within fashion or luxury retail.
- Proven ability to achieve sales results and build strong client relationships.
- Energetic, self-motivated and resilient with a professional, brand-forward demeanour.
- Customer-service obsessed with a passion for styling and an aptitude for consultative selling.
- Comfortable using retail technology and digital sales tools to support omnichannel activity.
Skills
Experience
At least two years of front-line retail experience, ideally in fashion or luxury environments, with demonstrable success meeting sales targets and managing client relationships. Experience with omnichannel retail operations and clienteling is highly valued.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or coursework in retail, visual merchandising or fashion is preferred but not required.
