Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example as a Michael Kors Ambassador to ensure exceptional customer experiences and drive loyalty and repeat business
- Maintain client communication using all available clientelling apps and tools
- Maintain floor and stock presence, ensuring product availability and visual merchandising standards
- Build and maintain effective communication with the management team to drive store performance
- Develop deep product knowledge using Product Knowledge packs to advise customers with passion and confidence
- Understand business results and opportunities to drive sales and achieve targets
