Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead by example as a Michael Kors Ambassador, ensuring exceptional customer experiences to drive loyalty and repeat business
  • Maintain client communication using all available clientelling apps and tools
  • Maintain floor and stock presence to ensure optimal retail operations
  • Build and maintain effective communication with the management team to drive store performance
  • Develop expert product knowledge to advise customers with confidence and passion
  • Understand business results and sales opportunities to drive revenue growth

Qualifications

The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 24,000 to EUR 32,000 per annum.
