Role & Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed assigned sales goals through elevated service standards and consultative selling techniques
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of merchandise assortment and clearly communicate product features and benefits to clients
- Build and maintain an active client book to foster repeat business and personalized relationships
- Monitor post-sale details including shipping, alterations, and special requests to ensure complete customer satisfaction
- Resolve client issues and complaints promptly and effectively, maintaining high satisfaction standards
- Maintain selling floor presentation through organization, merchandising, and stock rotation
- Assist with inventory management in both stockroom and on sales floor, including receiving and shipping protocols
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure accurate Point-of-Sale transactions
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and directives
- Stay current with fashion industry trends and market developments
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience
- Strong customer service orientation and proven ability to build client relationships
- Knowledge of fashion, accessories, and luxury retail environment
- Proficiency with Point-of-Sale systems and register operations
- Ability to work flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays
