- Technologically comfortable with retail platforms and omnichannel workflows; adaptable to new sales tools.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours, including weekends and peak periods.

Experience
At least 2 years of hands-on retail or boutique sales experience with direct responsibility for client engagement and sales performance; luxury or premium brand experience preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; coursework or certification in fashion, merchandising, retail or business is an advantage.
