Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and expert product consultation to drive sales of Michael Kors collections
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets whilst executing established sales strategies
- Cultivate and maintain a satisfied and loyal customer base through professional relationship-building
- Support the implementation of all visual merchandising standards and store presentation guidelines
- Assist with point-of-sale operations and cash handling responsibilities
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and operational standards
