Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver elevated, client-first selling and service to maximise store performance and achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Apply company sales procedures, loss-prevention and point-of-sale policies consistently and accurately.
- Provide personalised, high-quality client experiences including clienteling and follow-up to build long-term relationships.
- Maintain visual presentation standards across the sales floor and stockroom; participate in merchandising, replenishment and stock management.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support store operations, inventory control and daily store housekeeping.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of relevant retail sales experience, preferably in luxury or premium fashion.
- Proven interpersonal skills with excellent verbal communication and active listening.
- Customer-focused demeanour with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, creative retail environment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in inventory handling and merchandising.
- Availability to work flexible retail hours including evenings and weekends.
Skills
Experience
One to three years of relevant sales experience in retail; prior experience in luxury or premium fashion retail preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail, fashion or customer-service training is a plus.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is CAD 16.75 per hour.
