Role & Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed assigned sales goals through effective consultative selling
- Deliver elevated levels of customer service and build lasting client relationships using client management systems
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of merchandise assortment and articulate product features to clients
- Monitor post-sale details including shipping, alterations, and special requests to ensure complete customer satisfaction
- Maintain a polished selling floor by keeping merchandise neat, organized, and properly stocked
- Assist with inventory management in both stockroom and sales floor environments
- Execute shipping and receiving protocols with accuracy and maintain related documentation
- Participate in physical inventory counts and cycle inventories as scheduled
- Process transactions accurately at point-of-sale while adhering to all POS policies
- Attend and actively participate in training seminars, development programs, and team meetings as directed
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience in a luxury or contemporary fashion environment
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong command of fashion industry knowledge and current market trends
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to resolve client concerns promptly and professionally
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and retail software platforms
