Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example as a Michael Kors Ambassador, ensuring exceptional customer experiences to drive loyalty and repeat business
- Maintain client communication using all available clientelling apps and tools
- Maintain floor and stock presence to ensure optimal merchandising and availability
- Build and maintain effective communication with the management team to drive store performance
- Use Product Knowledge packs to become a Selling Expert and advise customers with passion and confidence
- Understand business results and opportunities to drive sales and identify upselling potential
Qualifications
- Enthusiasm and excitement for working in a fast-paced retail environment
- Relevant sales experience in luxury retail or similar high-touch customer environment
- Capability and desire to collaborate and inspire fellow team members to achieve results
- Technological proficiency with ability to leverage technology to drive sales and customer experience
