Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example as a Michael Kors ambassador, ensuring exceptional customer experiences to drive loyalty and repeat business
- Maintain client communication through the use of all available clienteling applications and tools
- Maintain floor and stock presence to ensure optimal retail environment standards
- Build and maintain effective communication with the management team to drive store performance
- Develop deep product knowledge and leverage Product Knowledge packs to become a selling expert, advising customers with passion and confidence
- Understand business results and sales opportunities to drive revenue generation

- Passion for fashion and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced retail environment
- Relevant sales experience in a luxury or retail setting
