Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example as a Michael Kors Ambassador, ensuring exceptional customer experiences to drive loyalty and repeat business
- Maintain client communication through clienteling apps and tools
- Maintain floor and stock presence to optimize merchandising and availability
- Build and maintain effective communication with the management team to drive store performance
- Develop comprehensive product knowledge to provide expert selling advice with confidence and passion
- Analyse business results and identify sales opportunities to drive revenue growth
Qualifications
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced luxury retail environment
- Proven ability to collaborate and inspire team members toward achieving collective results
- Proficiency with technology and capability to leverage digital tools to enhance sales and customer experience
- Local language proficiency (Italian) and strong communication skills

Experience
Relevant sales experience in a fast-paced retail or customer-facing environment is required. Prior experience in luxury fashion retail is preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 26,000 to EUR 35,000 per annum.
