Michael Kors seeks a Part-time Sales Associate in Rome (Castel Romano) to deliver luxury client service and drive sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a Michael Kors Ambassador by delivering exceptional, personalised customer experiences to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Use clientelling apps and tools to maintain client communication and nurture long-term relationships.
- Maintain outstanding floor presentation and stock presence, ensuring merchandise is merchandised and replenished according to brand standards.
- Collaborate with store management to support store KPIs and identify opportunities to improve sales performance.
- Leverage Product Knowledge packs to become a selling expert able to advise clients with confidence and passion.
- Analyse basic sales results and customer opportunities to support commercial initiatives and promotions.
Qualifications
- Enthusiasm for fashion and a proactive, customer-focused attitude.
- Relevant retail sales experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability and desire to collaborate with and inspire team members to achieve results.
- Technological proficiency and comfort using clientelling and retail sales tools.
- Local language proficiency preferred; strong verbal communication skills.

Experience
Relevant retail sales experience; prior experience within luxury or premium retail environments is preferred and will be considered an asset.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
