Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an elevated, personalised customer experience as a Jet Set Ambassador to drive loyalty and repeat business.
  • Proactively manage and grow client relationships using all available clienteling apps and tools; maintain and update the client database.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through expert product knowledge and consultative selling.
  • Collaborate with the store team and management on sales strategies, visual merchandising (VM) and daily operations to optimise store performance.
  • Maintain floor presence, uphold brand image and grooming standards, and act as a role model for company behaviours and service protocols.
  • Follow loss prevention and health & safety guidelines; support inventory management and the effective use of technology for stock control and sales analysis.

Qualifications

  • Enthusiasm for fashion and a demonstrated desire to work in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent English preferred.
  • Professional presentation and adherence to brand image/grooming standards.
  • Comfortable using clienteling apps, CRM tools and other retail technologies to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Collaborative team player with a positive, solution‑oriented attitude and accountability for personal performance.
  • Availability to work retail hours typical of a luxury boutique (including weekends and peak trading periods).

Experience
