Michael Kors is hiring a Part‑Time Sales Associate in Roermond, Netherlands — drive sales, build client relationships and deliver elevated customer service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive and achieve individual sales targets through consultative selling and product expertise.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships using proactive clienteling and a client book.
- Deliver the highest standards of customer service, promptly resolving complaints and special requests to ensure client satisfaction.
- Manage daily store operations including floor readiness, merchandising, stockroom organisation and participation in inventories.
- Execute Point-of-Sale procedures accurately, including register transactions, shipping, alterations coordination and related paperwork.
- Participate in training, team meetings and comply with company policies, attendance and loss‑prevention protocols.
Qualifications
- Previous retail experience, preferably within luxury or premium fashion.
- Demonstrable customer service and clienteling aptitude with a commercial focus.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Familiarity with stock, shipping/receiving procedures and basic cash/POS handling.

Previous experience in retail, ideally within the luxury or premium fashion sector, with a proven ability to meet sales targets and build repeat clientele.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational retail or customer service training preferred.
