Michael Kors seeks a part-time Sales Associate in Richmond Heights to deliver elevated customer service and drive sales performance in a luxury retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed assigned sales goals through elevated selling techniques and performance metrics
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and communicate merchandise value propositions to clientele
- Build and maintain a repeat customer base through consistent follow-up, relationship management, and client book utilization
- Monitor all transaction details post-sale, including shipping logistics, alterations coordination, and special customer requests
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints with efficiency and professionalism, ensuring complete satisfaction
- Maintain selling floor presentation standards including merchandising, organization, and stock replenishment
- Execute inventory management duties across stockroom and sales floor, including receiving and shipping protocols
- Operate Point-of-Sale systems accurately and in compliance with all company procedures
- Participate in inventory counts and audits as directed
- Attend and actively engage in training seminars, development programs, and team meetings
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of documented retail sales experience
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service and relationship building

- Proficiency with Point-of-Sale systems and retail inventory management
- Knowledge of fashion industry trends and merchandise categories

Experience

Education
