Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a Jet Set Ambassador, delivering exceptional customer experiences and building client loyalty through personalized engagement
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals through product expertise, consultative selling, and proactive client management
- Utilize clienteling applications and maintain client database to drive repeat business and increase customer lifetime value
- Support colleagues across the store and collaborate with management on sales strategies, product knowledge, and brand standards
- Maintain brand image, grooming standards, and visual merchandising guidelines in accordance with company policy
