Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences to drive loyalty and repeat business as a brand ambassador
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals while maintaining accountability for results
- Utilize product knowledge to advise customers with confidence and passion
- Manage client database and communication through clienteling applications to increase sales opportunities
- Maintain floor presence, visual merchandising standards, and proper VM execution
- Collaborate with management on sales strategies, product knowledge, and brand standards
- Ensure loss prevention and health and safety guidelines are properly followed
- Practice and model company behaviors while maintaining brand image and grooming standards
- Support colleagues across the store as an empowered team player
Qualifications
- Passion for fashion and luxury retail
- High communication and interpersonal skills
- Technology proficiency and ability to leverage digital tools for sales and customer engagement
- Fluent English (preferable)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Experience
Previous retail or customer-facing experience in a fast-paced luxury environment is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail or fashion credentials advantageous but not required.
