Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example as a Michael Kors ambassador, ensuring exceptional customer experiences to drive loyalty and repeat business
- Maintain client communication using all available clientelling apps and tools
- Maintain floor and stock presence and visual merchandising standards
- Build and maintain effective communication with the management team to drive store performance
- Develop expertise in product knowledge to advise customers with passion and confidence
- Understand business results and opportunities to drive sales
- Collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales targets and contribute to a positive store culture
