Michael Kors seeks a part-time Sales Associate in Prague to deliver exceptional clientelling and drive sales; competitive pay, commission and clothing allowance.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a Michael Kors Ambassador—deliver exceptional, on-brand customer experiences to build loyalty and repeat business.
  • Manage client relationships and communications using clientelling apps and available CRM tools to maximise lifetime value.
  • Maintain impeccable floor standards and stock presence; support visual merchandising and inventory organisation.
  • Collaborate closely with store management to interpret business results and implement actions to drive store performance.
  • Leverage Product Knowledge packs to become a Selling Expert and confidently advise customers on assortment and styling.
  • Proactively identify sales opportunities and execute selling strategies to achieve individual and store targets.

Qualifications

  • Relevant retail sales experience, preferably in a fast-paced or premium/luxury environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, motivate colleagues and contribute to team results.
  • Comfortable using retail technologies and clientelling tools to support sales and customer experience.
  • Local language proficiency (Czech) preferred; additional languages beneficial.
