Michael Kors is hiring a Part-time Sales Associate in Prague (Na Příkopě) to drive sales and deliver elevated customer service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated customer experience and achieve individual sales targets through proactive engagement and personalised styling.
- Conduct operational store tasks with precision, including merchandising, stock replenishment and checkout procedures.
- Continuously develop product and trend knowledge to inspire customers and provide authoritative styling advice.
- Collaborate with store management to identify and implement initiatives that maximise personal and store sales.
- Utilise available retail technology and tools to manage clienteling, process transactions and track results.
- Demonstrate flexibility in role and schedule, adapt to changing priorities and support the team in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Relevant retail sales experience, ideally within fashion or luxury retail.
- Fluent in Czech and proficient in English for customer-facing communication.
- Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to perform under pressure, multi-task and prioritise in a busy store setting.
- Team-oriented attitude with a positive approach to challenges and learning.

Experience
Proven experience in retail sales; prior experience in fashion or luxury retail is advantageous and will support success in this role.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in retail, fashion or sales is desirable.
