Role & Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales goals through effective client engagement and product expertise
- Provide elevated levels of customer service and build lasting relationships with clientele
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of merchandise assortment and communicate product features and benefits
- Monitor all post-sale details including shipping, alterations, and special requests to ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain organized, stocked selling floor and merchandise displays
- Assist with inventory management in stockroom and on sales floor, including receiving and shipping protocols
- Execute Point-of-Sale transactions accurately and comply with all register procedures
- Participate in inventory counts and stock audits as scheduled
- Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance in accordance with store schedule
- Attend training and development sessions as directed by store management
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience
- Passion for fashion and awareness of market trends
