Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through elevated levels of service and persuasive selling techniques
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships using clienteling and a personal client book; resolve client issues to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge across the merchandise assortment and communicate features and styling to clients
- Manage post-sale details including shipping, alterations and special requests to ensure a seamless client experience
- Maintain visual standards: keep the selling floor and stockroom neat, organized and fully stocked; assist with merchandising
- Execute all Point-of-Sale and register functions accurately; comply with POS and cash-handling policies
- Participate in inventories, receiving/shipping procedures and related paperwork, and attend required training and team meetings
- Adhere to scheduled hours, time-and-attendance policies and company procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience; experience in luxury or premium fashion preferred
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and build repeat clientele
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills with a client-focused mindset
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays and peak retail periods
- Authorization to work in the United States
