Role & Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed assigned sales goals through elevated levels of sales and service
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of merchandise and maintain awareness of fashion industry trends and market developments
- Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships through client book management
- Monitor all post-sale details including shipping, alterations, and special requests to ensure client satisfaction
- Resolve client problems and complaints promptly and effectively
- Maintain selling floor and merchandise presentation through organization, arrangement, and inventory stocking
- Assist in inventory management across stockroom and selling floor areas
- Support all stock, shipping, and receiving protocols and related documentation
- Execute point-of-sale functions and comply with all register-related policies
- Participate in inventory counts and relevant training programs as directed by store management
